"Commit to blessing," my journal entry says. September 11th, 2007. What is to become of our planet earth? the animals? the people? communities, and our very own families? Is it too late to reverse the dying and the killing of Mother Earth and life as we know it? What may we learn from each other - the people of the earth, the animals, nature? And so I begin my commitment to blessing - Judy Brutz, a Quaker blogger.

My favorite haiku today, really.
The photo is great--full of anticipation. Sometimes that is the best part, the anticipation just before the song begins.
What fun; the photo, too. I have a dear friend who's an avid birder and I can just see her in that group. :-)
Wonderful image with the poem! It makes me think of watching music, of standing outside the experience rather than becoming part of it. Thanks for this.

The perfect image for a wonderful nature poem.
I see multitudes of scopes looking everywhere to find the source of that song.
Birds and melodies... a great combo! Nice post.
While I love watching birds, I am no bird watcher! But I love their birdsong!
nice juxtaposition
